As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for counseling prospective students on our diverse range of IT courses, facilitating admissions, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Counsel prospective students on the benefits of our IT courses, addressing their queries and guiding them through the enrollment process.- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and individual students to promote our training programs.- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for new courses and partnerships that align with market demands.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales, business development, or counseling in the education sector preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students.- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Knowledge of IT training programs and industry trends is advantageous.
