The CNC Lathe Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, adjusting machine settings, monitoring production, and ensuring all finished products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, be a 12th pass, and possess strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, candidates should have good problem-solving skills, be physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
