As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various projects, including marketing materials, digital content, branding, and more. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to the target audience.Key Responsibilities:Create and design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media posts, website banners, email templates, and more.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and design requirements.Develop and maintain consistent brand identity and visual style across all platforms and materials.Edit and refine existing design concepts based on feedback and revisions.Prepare final design files for production, ensuring that all design specifications are met (e.g., resolution, color settings, dimensions).Stay updated on design trends and tools to ensure innovative and modern design solutions.Assist in the creation of marketing strategies by providing visual direction and creative input.Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and creative direction.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.Knowledge of web design principles

Role DescriptionWe are looking for Graphic Designers with 0-2 years of experience to be based out of our office in coimbatore. The ideal candidate is someone with a flair for designing eye-catching visuals that communicate concepts and information in a compelling manner. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on a wide range of creative formats, brands, sectors, and challenges.ResponsibilitiesStudy design briefs, determine requirements and independently conceptualize visuals based on requirementsDesign a range of visuals brand identity, brochures, flyers, websites, landing pages, social media posts, case studies, e-books, presentations, facility branding, event branding, infographics, etc.Schedule projects and work closely with the leadership, content and client teams to close deliverables on timeCollaborate with other designers in the team.Skill Sets/QualificationsBachelors degree (preferably in graphic design, fine arts or communication design)0-2 years of experience in graphic designMastery over Photoshop & IllustratorUnderstanding of latest design trends, technologies and toolsAbility to create high-impact visuals for both digital and print mediaPrior experience in working with creative teams and collaborating across functionsFunctional or better written and spoken communication skills in EnglishAdditional Skills (preferable)Illustration/Digital artMultimedia design software (Acrobat, etc.)Movie-making basics (Premier Pro, After Effects)Work Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30pm Working Days : Monday To Saturday Location : Coimbatore
