( Updating website, changing banners,running offers as and when required. ) Manage listed products on website & marketplace. Maintain Item Master or List of Stocks live on website & marketplace. Manage stock of listed products & update Management about refill required. Timely stock requirement projection for website & marketplace. Maintain track of orders, shipping and returns. Monitor reviews, emails from customers. Co-ordinate and send details to Ecommerce Manager (images, fabrics, price, stock unitavailable) Prepare Reports and MIS on Website & Marketplace sales, Fast moving & slow moving products and other reports. Provide marketing support for website performance marketing.Your Persona : Proven experience as an Ecommerce or Listing Executive, Ecommerce Assistant, or in asimilar role. Experience with Ecommerce portals & Shopify. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous and having an excellent eye for detail.
