YASH DESIGN is seeking a zealous Cost Estimation Executive to support our Marketing Department in its primary and administrative duties. He will be part of a collaborative team of Marketing Managers, Project Managers and Designers. Communicate directly with clients and ensure all information and documents required are provided to the clients as and when required. Undertake and co-ordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure that the Department functions smoothly. Work from Office (Mon to Sat)Skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office- MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word Must be able to read and understand Drawings. He will be part of a collaborative team of Purchase Team & Project Managers. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Finance department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.Qualification : B Com or any other Equivalent Accounting DegreePost : ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE Exp : 0-1 years Location : HSR Layout - BangalorePackage : Rs. 1.8 Lac to 2.5 lac per annum + Yearly Performance Bonus + Medical Insurance +Company Accommodation.Responsibilities: Data Entry of Payments / Purchase Invoices in Tally. Produce and maintain all records related to Accounts. Communicate directly with vendors regarding Invoices. Undertake and co-ordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure that the Department functions smoothly. Work from Office (Mon to Sat)Experience: Total work: 6- 12 MonthsSkills Must be proficient in Tally Prime. Excellent knowledge of MS Office- MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word. Experience: 0 to 1 year
