I am looking for a Creative Intern to help manage the visual identity of my personal brand across Instagram and YouTube. The content will primarily be podcast-style clips and informative talking head videos. You wont need to do heavy VFX; the goal is clean, professional, and highly engaging content that delivers value to the audience.Key Responsibilities:Video Editing: Edit 45 short-form videos per week from raw podcast/informative footage.Audio Syncing: Ensure clean audio and sync it with the video.Subtitles: Add accurate, well-timed, and aesthetically pleasing captions (essential for informative content).Thumbnail Design: Create 1 high-quality, clickable thumbnail for each video using Canva or Photoshop.Retention: Use simple zoom-ins, b-roll, and text overlays to keep the viewer engaged.Skills Needed:Experience with CapCut, VN Editor, or Premiere Pro.Basic graphic design skills (Canva is perfectly fine) for thumbnails.A good ear for background music and sound cues.Strong command of Tamil/English for accurate subtitling.Consistency: Ability to deliver work on time.How to Apply:Please send a link to your portfolio (Google Drive or Instagram) and mention which tools you use.
