We are looking for a dedicated Security Officer in Yamunanagar, India, with 3 to 7 years of experience. The Security Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel.Key Responsibilities:1. **Monitoring Security Systems**: Keep an eye on surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any unusual activity and respond quickly to incidents.2. **Access Control**: Check the identification of individuals entering the premises and ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access.3. **Patrolling**: Regularly walk through the facility to monitor for any suspicious behavior or safety hazards, and ensure all areas are secure.4. **Incident Reporting**: Document and report any incidents, suspicious activities, or safety hazards to management, ensuring that records are accurate and up to date.5. **Emergency Response**: Act as the first responder in case of emergencies, guiding personnel and visitors to safety and cooperating with local authorities when needed.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must be male and have completed their 12th grade. A strong understanding of security protocols, excellent observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial. Good communication skills are essential to interact with staff and visitors effectively. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and possess the physical fitness necessary to conduct regular patrols. Experience in handling emergency situations and knowledge of basic first aid would be an advantage.
