Job Title: Business Development-Executive/ Manager/Deputy ManagerExperience Required: 8 to 10 yearsLocation: Ranchi, Patna, Noida, New Delhi, Bangalore, Shimla, Lucknow, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mohali, Ayodhya, Mumbai, Chennai, Chandigarh, Gujarat, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar Responsibilities: Assists the leadership team in identifying business development opportunities with new clients and, with the designated partner(s), leads the pursuit and conversion of these. Assists the leadership team and Client Relationship Partners in the support and growth of existing client relationships. Lead on the creation and distribution of Real Estate newsletters and alerts. Developing New Clients: Identify and develop new clients in various parts of the East, West South & North region. Client Conversion: Meet and convert new clients in the Real Estate and Industrial sectors. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure organizational objectives are met. Project Management: Undertake projects in the Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Hospital/Hotel sectors. Client Analysis: Analyse prospective clients in the PMC
