As an Inside Sales Consultant at Y-Axis, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and salesefforts. With over 1+ Lakh enquiries each month, you will be responsible for counselling potentialcustomers who are seeking overseas education or immigration services. Your primary focus will be onunderstanding their requirements, providing expert advice, and selling our services through variouschannels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. By effectively articulating the value of ourservices and addressing customer queries, you will guide customers in making educated decisions andhelp them navigate the immigration and visa application process.
