Job Description , Key ResponsibilitiesDay to Day OperationsManage and Oversee Daily Warehouse Operations of Beverages to fulfil customer demand on timeEnsure to meet requirements on warehouse management such as the right storage location for each material, GMP, Housekeeping and Safety etc.Ensure to meet customer requirements on delivery lead time, correct shipment, customer complaint handling etc.Generation of MIS reports on warehouse performance and efficiencies along with Service ProviderEnsure the policies and procedures are followed during work with regards to safety, security, regulatory and confidentiality and thus maintain a safe working environment.Indound & OutboundResource Planning for the Inbound Loads and timely unloading of vehiclesManage optimised Loading/Unloading operations, Manpower Planning and lobour productivityOrder Picking, Loading as per the schedule and complete the dispatches as per the SLAMHE , Folk Lift operations, productivity and optimizationInventory ManagementMonthly Cycle count process and accountability, 100% count for A/B/C class as per decided frequency, Inventory Accuracy and monthly reconciliationBatch Management of Beverages, FEFO adherance, Shelf Life Management for MT and GT, Maintenance of Inventory related processes and periodic audits for improvementSales Order ProcessingSales order processing as per SLAs, Sales coordination, order execution, documentationTransport coordination and vehicle deploymentQualifications and Experience:Graduate in any stream with professional qualifications in Operations, Materials, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management preferredMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years managing Logistics/Warehouse function in a reputed organization. Beverage Industry Logistics and Distribution companies experience will be an advantage.Proficient in SAP in MM, WMS, MS Excel and Power point

The role also involve coordination at cross functional departments interconnected with Supply chain and integration of Data into Structured Processes.
