Updating holiday information and drawing any important new information to the attention of the staff. Selling package holidays and individual travel elements, including flights, hotels and car hire. Writing reports for head office. Reviewing sales performance Holding meetings to motivate the team to meet their sales targets. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Companys available services, lines of business, pricing structures to assist sales management in particular selling circumstances as the need arises.
Monitoring the performance of the Operations team. Keeping track of Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority Regularly attending operations meetings and training sessions. Keeping track on documentation, payments. Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service. Fast growth system is there according to the performance.
