Design, develop, and optimize hydraulic systems for various types of hydraulic presses.Select appropriate hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, and fittings based on system requirements and application.Create and review detailed hydraulic circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings using CAD software.Oversee assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems in production and ensure functionality and safety standards are met.Work closely with mechanical and electrical teams to integrate hydraulic systems into complete press machines.Provide technical support for product customization based on customer requirements, both domestic and international.Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new and innovative hydraulic solutions to enhance machine performance, efficiency, and reliability.Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigation for hydraulic system issues and recommend corrective actions.Ensure all designs comply with international quality, safety, and export standards.Assist the sales and service teams with technical documentation, customer support, and training on hydraulic system operation and maintenance

Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from US-based customers.Promote and upsell products/services during support calls when appropriate.Identify customer needs and convert support calls into potential sales opportunities.Assist the sales team with lead qualification and follow-up calls.Capture and update lead information in the CRM system for follow-up.Communication Skills: Ability to understand and speak with a neutral or clear accent.
