Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer serviceEnsure the store is properly stocked and organizedCreate and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goalsMaintain accurate inventory records and order stock as neededOversee cash handling and banking proceduresEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendorsConduct regular performance evaluations and address any issues with staffManage expenses to meet budget guidelinesMaintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
