IncludingEnsuring scope remains focused on requirements for the initial rollout.Review and challenge all requirements and specifications including:Functional RequirementsApplication functionsReporting functionsSecurity requirementsOperational activitiesApplication InterfacesSLA requirementsNetworkingAudit requirementsWhere required, administering the configuration of ION IT2.Documenting the implementation, configuration and preparing a knowledge base for IT2.Working Relationships with:Business stakeholders and key usersION IT2s project teamArchitects, developers, project managers and business analystsTesting and training teamsKey Attitudes / Competencies:Delivery focused.Good communicator, engaging and able to work with offshore teams across various time zones.Ability to make decisions & thrive in a fast-paced environment.

TIBCO Business Works 5.x and 6, Tibco EMS, Tibco RV, Tibco Adapters, REST-JSON, Tibco Designer, Tibco Administrator.6+ years in technical experience with at least 3+ years of experience with middleware applications.Solid understanding of EAI SOA and Object-Oriented analysis and design concepts/patterns.Familiar to REST-JSON, WSDL, XML & Schemas.Hands on experience with a major integration platform such as TIBCO Experience with using middleware technology to integrate ERP systems such as SAP ECC (IDOC BAPI RFC) and/or legacy systems.Must have superior knowledge of Web Services XML and SOAPKnowledge of TIBCO R3 Adapter is preferred.Familiarity with LINUX/UNIX and SQL is added value.Design EAI solutions using TIBCO Suite of software.TIBCO BW EMS EBS JMS. Experience with SAP integration using TIBCO.Need to know IDOC BAPI RFC. TIBCO adapters R/3, File, ADB.Some Programming experience with JAVALead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated.Create functional and technical specification documents.Ensure that all in the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in a more economic manner.Lead and ensure project is in compliance with Software Quality Processes and within timelines.Review functional and technical specification documents.
