Job descriptionWe are looking for a Head of Sales to shape our sales organisation and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out an army of Sales Executives across the city we are operating at.The person should be experienced and good at strategising each plan with effective execution, support functions essential to sales force productivity. The functions include planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation and recruiting and selection of sales force talent.Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities. Directs the staff of sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base.
