We are looking for a skilled Splicer to join our team in Leh Ladakh. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in splicing and be able to work effectively in a team. This full-time position requires a male candidate who has completed at least the 10th grade.Key Responsibilities:- **Cable Splicing**: Perform efficient splicing of various types of cables, ensuring reliable connectivity and signal integrity.- **Testing and Troubleshooting**: Conduct testing on spliced cables and troubleshoot any issues that arise, using specialized tools and equipment.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of splicing work performed, including cable types, lengths, and testing results for future reference.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to plan and execute splicing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have strong technical skills in cable splicing and a good understanding of related tools and equipment.
