Key Responsibilities: Coordinate service calls and maintenance schedules for printing machines Liaise between customers and service engineers to ensure timely service delivery Maintain service records and documentation Handle customer inquiries and follow up on service status Prepare service reports and assist in warranty and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management Call up customers to check the parts requirement.Pls Note: Candidate from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane only apply.
Role & responsibilities:1. Program Development and Implementation:Designing and writing PLC programs using various languages (ladder logic, function block diagrams, etc.).Implementing and configuring Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for operator interaction.Testing and debugging PLC programs in simulated and real environments.2. System Integration and Commissioning:Integrating PLCs with sensors, actuators, and other devices.Overseeing the installation, testing, and start-up of automated systems.Troubleshooting and resolving system issues.Calibrating instruments and devices for accurate operation.3. Maintenance and Support:Updating PLC programs to accommodate changes or improve efficiency.Providing technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.Performing preventive maintenance on PLC systems.Documenting programs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.Backing up PLC programs regularly.4. Communication and Collaboration:Communicating with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams.Collaborating with various engineering disciplines for system integration.Understanding industrial network communications.Coordinating with the purchase department and suppliers for materials.Providing technical support and solutions for electrical, electronic, or software issues.Visiting customer sites when necessary to resolve issues.Contact on 7777039095 or hr@winnerscreen.com
