Nurses should make daily bed side rounds act on patient's complaints & Check the VItals ( Pulse. BP. Spo2 & do the systemic examination) raise lab indents and follow-up Tor lab reports and inform to DMO / treating consultants about lab values, and if values are abnormal then inform them on call, In surgical cases post-operative day, drain, Foley's catheter, Ryle's tube if any should be watched for Drain & intake-output to be mentioned.Surgical site should be assessed for any bleeding & condition for wound lacking all consents for Procedures, Surgery. LAMA consent should be taken with due Signature name & designation of DMO. Should follow NABH Protocols and also should write case sheets of patients from time to time. Key Responsibilities:Assessing and planning nursing care requirementsProviding pre and post-operative careAdministering medications and treatments as prescribedMonitoring and recording vital signsMaintaining accurate medical recordsCollaborating with the medical team to plan and implement patient care plansEducating patients and their families about health-related issuesAssisting with diagnostic tests and proceduresAdhering to infection control protocols and other hospital policies. Qualification: BSC/ GNM nursing.
