The job will be a good mix of overseeing operations, customer relations and being the POC for all our marketplaces and stores.In brief, the following will be the job responsibilities -Business Development - Finding stores and marketplaces for stocking, pop-ups across the country that align with our brand, building overall brand presence online and offlineMarketplace Coordination - Being POC for WSB for all communications regarding orders & status with marketplaces. Ensuring new collections go out to marketplaces on time, and tracking sales performance.Customer Relationship - Handling emails, calls, WhatsApp, DMs and provide our customers with easy assistance. QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Well versed with excel is a must.
