Title - Relationship Executive (Field Role)Reporting to - Team LeaderResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer needs and develop plans to address them.Help customers to resolve their complaints quickly and effectively.Look for selling opportunities with the customer.Promote high-quality sales and customer satisfaction.Aim to preserve customers and renew.Working GuidelinesField working time of 9 Hours dailyTotal 10 face-to-face meetings with customers to be scheduled.Minimum 40 to 60 KM travel per day (No Travel Allowance, opportunity to earn incentive on achievement of sales targets as mentioned below).Customer Data will be provided. Executives will need to arrange meetings with customers on given addresses/ mobile numbers & sell company products and services.Qualification CriteriaMust have an android phone.Must own a 2 wheeler for traveling- Scooter, Scooty, or bike.Must be willing to relocate or should be living in the working city.Graduate Educational qualificationMaximum 1-2 years of work experience.Salary Guidelines for Agency Depend upon the current salary of the selected candidate: max, up to 18,000 In hand.
