We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Counselling officer to join our team at WestHighlander.Roles and Responsibilities: Identify prospective customers, lead prospecting (Inside sales) and conversion. Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals,background, and eligibility for visas. Present suitable immigration solutions and services based on the client's profile andpreferences. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the progress of theirapplications. Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely responses. Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned Increase the number of qualified leads and potential clients in the sales pipeline. Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet theirneeds. Regularly follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and move them through the salesprocess.Qualifications and Skills: Minimum bachelors degree Excellent counselling and consultative sales skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients fromdiverse backgrounds. Excellent negotiation skills required. Problem-solving ability to address clients' challenges. Ethical and responsible conduct in guiding clients through the immigration process.Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience
