As a Food & Beverage Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:- **Serving Food and Beverages**: You will take orders, serve meals, and provide drinks to customers promptly and courteously, ensuring they feel welcome and satisfied.- **Set Up and Clean Dining Areas**: You will prepare tables for service by setting them up with cutlery and napkins and also clean them after customers leave, maintaining a neat and inviting dining environment.- **Customer Interaction**: You will engage with guests by answering questions about the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences, helping to enhance their experience.- **Collaborating with Kitchen Staff**: You will communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and handle customer requests, ensuring smooth service operations.- **Maintaining Hygiene Standards**: You will adhere to hygiene and cleanliness standards in all work areas, including food handling practices, to ensure safety and cleanliness.To excel in this role, you should have a friendly attitude and good communication skills. A willingness to learn and work in a team is expected, as you will often work alongside other staff members. Being punctual and maintaining a professional appearance is crucial.
