Job based in Australia , We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the company by providing top level services for our building and staff. You will need to have strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.What You Will Do:Remove debris, change garbage receptacles, and cigarettes receptaclesVacuum all carpeted areas throughoutSweep as neededWash floors throughoutGlass cleaning at entrances and doorsv throughoutClean sinks, counters, toilets, floors, disinfect, and sanitize restroom facilitiesWall washing as neededClean exterior of entrances, maintain and remove debris from walkways, paths and parking lot as needed.Report maintenance issues to SupervisorSalary range from 15$ to 20$ AUD based on the experience You Will Bring: 2+ years of experience in a similar role; preferably in office cleaning . If not we can train the candidate. Familiar with standard cleaning and PPE protocols Good understanding of cleaning products Effective attention to detail and quality of work Strong work ethic and a positive team player Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writingSound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skillsBe available to work evening shifts or weekendsQualified applicants must have a clean criminal recordQualified applicants will be required to have a security clearance background check for reliability status to be able to workIELTS mandatoryMinimum band required is 7+English speaking must
