Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Conducting initial consultations with clients to discuss the various wedding requirements, the type of wedding desired.Conferring with clients to discuss wedding details, including venue booking, catering, photography, videography & other services.Responsible for driving event sales by converting leads to visits and converting the visits to bookings.Handling events from start to end making sure all commitments are met with the highest level of service.Internship prerequisites:Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environmentThe intern should be willing to work from the office (Bangalore location).Benefits:Letter of CompletionThe company will provide a stipend.Gain hands-on experience in every stage of event sales and management.Based on performance, the company will hire the respective intern as a full-time employee.A travel allowance will be provided in case the intern has to travel to different places for any company-related work.Internship Period: 2 months.The number of vacancies: 4(4 females).Note: Selected candidates will be recruited as full-time employees after the internship, post evaluations.
