Job role:We are looking for a Business Development Intern to work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.It is an added advantage if you have experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.Responsibilities:You will be working on Freelancer, Upwork, Truelancer, PPH and more for the virtual sale/Bidding Auctioning.Seeking proposals from the clients and discussing the scope.Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.Contact potential clients via phone and emailsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesCustomize product solutions to increase customer satisfactionBuild long-term trusting relationships with clientsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account ExecutivesBuild reports to present to the manager.Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plansRequirements:Experience with CRM software.Fluency in MS Excel.Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentationsBSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.This is a stipend-based internship which will offer 5600-10000 INR

Job Description:Proven software development experience in Core PHP & PHPStrong knowledge of PHP web frameworks LaravelStrong knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerceDemonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, etc.You will Plan, Develop, Test, and Document design implementations as a part of a team.Architect, Develop, test, and deploy robust products that are fast, scalable, and highly responsive.Design and maintain large and complex databases, both relational and non-relational databases.Establish, refine and integrate development environment tools and software as needed.Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems.Identify production and non-production application issues as a part of the deploymentRequired Candidate profile:Ability to contribute individually as well as in a team.Expertise in WordPress, Woocommerce, Shopify, and LaravelExpertise in PHP, jQuery, MySQL, OOPSExperience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, eBay, etc)Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, and socket programmingAbility to manage and lead a team of developersShould have a strong knowledge of UI/UX.Capable of estimating / forecasting time to complete specified project tasks.Provide technical consultation to other team members (internal and external)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of the following will be considered an advantage:Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applicationsExperience with cloud technologies is also a plusExpert knowledge of Shopify and Wordpress
