We are looking for a Technical Project Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. This role requires a strong background in project management and technical skills, with 5 to 7 years of experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Lead Project Execution:** Oversee the execution of technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet all quality standards.- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers, to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.- **Technical Guidance:** Provide technical direction and support to team members, helping them to overcome challenges and improve their skills.- **Stakeholder Communication:** Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure that their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.- **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks in the projects execution and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree and have a solid technical background.- Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools, are essential.- Excellent leadership and team management abilities are necessary to motivate and guide the team.- Effective communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and team members.- The ideal candidate should be a problem solver who can think critically and adapt to changing project needs.This is a full-time role, and the candidate will be expected to work from the office in Hyderabad.
