This is an onsite position in Pune, India.What You'll DoUnderstanding the current system's architecture and functional flow.Providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.Participating in solution architecture design.Developing detailed technical designs to meet business requirements.Reviewing and integrating application and technical architecture requirements.Providing input on design decisions and system infrastructure.Identifying areas for automation and optimization to meet business needs.Guiding and supporting the team with Windchill configuration and customization.Managing multiple technical environments and supporting development and testing processes.Having a deep understanding of Windchill functionalities, including Change Management, BOM and Configuration Management, and CAD Data Management.Writing functional design documents and test cases.What you have:Over 14 years of experience as a Software Developer.Extensive experience (9+ years) in Windchill/PDMLink/ProjectLink customization and configuration.Proficiency in Windchill configuration, including ACLs, OIR, Workflows, Lifecycles, Types, and attributes.Strong programming skills in Java, JSP, XML, HTML, and JavaScript.In-depth knowledge of the Windchill Data Model.Experience in customizing workflows, Object Initialization rules, Data utilities, Wizards, Services & Listeners, and Action validators.Ability to analyze customer requirements, design solutions, and develop enhancements.Familiarity with MVC builders, Form Processors, Business Rules, DataUtilities, and Windchill APIs.Knowledge of Windchill Reporting using Cognos and Query Builder reports.Experience with Windchill REST Services and Integrations, including ERP Connector and Web Services
