Must have a good knowledge of all the customer engagement channels including (emails, and social media tools like LinkedIn) Generating leads from international market through email marketing, LinkedIn using extension of LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, Hunter.io etc, Zoom info, Data mining and database development using different tools. Identify and find emails of the most appropriate decision maker (Director, Manager, VP or C-Level). Must be strong at creating and building quality email campaigns. Must be familiar with CRMs like HubSpot, mailchimp and Zoho. Must have a best-in-class written, and verbal communication skill Strong follow-up skills on leads and referrals (persistence is paramount) until closure. Must be able to present complex terminology through different communication sales channels Must be able to optimize Ideal Customer Profile, and Buyer Persona.
