Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination and Logistics:Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of investor awareness seminars, workshops, and outreach programs.Manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, material preparation (presentations, brochures), and on-site setup/teardown.Organizational Outreach:Identify and liaise with corporate, educational, and community organizations for potential event partnerships.Maintain strong professional relationships with partnering entities.Marketing and Promotion:Implement marketing strategies to promote events and ensure high attendance.Develop promotional content (digital and print) in coordination with the marketing team.Post-Event Activities:Gather attendee feedback and conduct post-event analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Maintain a detailed database of event attendees and partners.Category RequirementEducation Bachelor's degree (Fresher/Recent Graduate)Key Skills Event Coordination, Marketing, and promotional skills.Aptitude Outspoken and highly communicative with strong presentation abilities.Attitude Career Oriented with a proactive, self-starter mentality and a desire to grow within the company.Other Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Relationship Officer Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular communication and engagement activities. Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service and support. Meet sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue goals, client satisfaction ratings, and retention rates. Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients and showcase investment products as per the Client risk profile. Ensuring client contactability at all times through updation of latest contact details in all necessary systems. Regular contact with all mapped clients through weekly / monthly calls Resolution of queries for all managed clients within TAT specified. Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a clients personal data, align clients need through superior service, and seamlessly align service delivery for enhanced experience; thereby helping the client reach short term and long term investment goals. Generate 2x revenue of salary per month for the company from set of wealth products (Stocks/MF/AIF/PMS/Insurance/Global offerings/Etc) and ensure no mis-selling complaints.Typical Duties Include Managing portfolio of assigned clients. Understanding client priorities, challenges, and objectives. Communicating product/service offerings and capabilities. Making recommendations to address client needs. Sharing client feedback with internal teams. Proactively identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients. Preparing quotes, proposals, and requests for renewals/expansions.
