Job Role:*To assist Unit Head in running the cinema operations i.e. Box Office, F&B, Sales & Marketing and HR successfully *Maintaining Cost of Goods sold as per the defined budgets.*Checking the control points and analyzing the reasons to minimize the wastages and pilferages through innovative initiatives.*Ensuring all the inventory processes are followed in managing the consumable and non-consumable items. *Coordinating with the concerned stakeholders for timely delivery of all the items to avoid any kind of bottleneckness Location - Gurgaon, HaryanaSalary - 3 to 4 LPAExperience - 2 to 4 yearsEducation - Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Hotel ManagementPlease carry a copy of your resume and a passport sized photograph for the interview.
