Identify and develop new residential sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networkingEducate homeowners on the benefits of on-grid solar power systems, including cost savings and environmental impact

Continuously monitor various platforms and sources (government portals, private tenders, industry websites, etc.) for relevant solar project tenders.Identify and shortlist suitable tenders that align with the companys expertise and capabilities.Maintain an updated database of potential tenders and their deadlines.Thoroughly read and analyze the tender documents, including technical, commercial, and legal requirements.Identify key tender conditions, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines.Prepare detailed reports on the scope, deliverables, and requirements of each tender.Gather and prepare all necessary documents for tender submission, including technical and financial proposals, company certifications, project experience, and compliance documents.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure the submission documents are comprehensive, accurate, and compliant with the tender requirements.Ensure that all tender submissions are made within deadlines.Ensure that all bid responses meet the compliance requirements of the tender.Prepare internal reports summarizing the status of ongoing tenders and provide timely updates to the management team.Track the progress of tender submissions and follow up with clients as necessary

Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and interest in solar energy solutions.Use persuasive communication techniques to engage potential customers and encourage them to consider solar energy options.Qualify leads based on customer requirements and assess their potential for solar energy adoption.Product and Service Promotion:Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and incentives.Provide detailed information about solar energy products, such as solar panels, inverters, and energy storage systems.Explain the installation process, financing options, and available government incentives or rebates.Customer Relationship Management:Maintain a customer database and accurately record customer interactions and inquiries.Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in solar energy solutions.Address customer queries, concerns, and objections in a professional and knowledgeable manner.Appointment Setting:Schedule appointments for solar energy representatives to visit potential customers and conduct on-site assessments.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and appointments.Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.Provide accurate and up-to-date information about leads, appointments, and customer preferences to the sales team.Assist with preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts as required.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.Generate regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.Provide feedback and insights to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred).Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer ser

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Monitor and analyze the performance data of solar energy systems using monitoring tools and software.Identify any deviations or issues in energy generation and system performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other components.Fault Diagnosis and Repair:Respond to service calls and customer inquiries regarding system malfunctions or issues.Conduct thorough fault diagnosis to identify the root cause of system failures or performance issues.Repair or replace faulty components, such as inverters, sensors, wiring, or connectors.Test and validate system functionality after repairs or replacements.Customer Support and Communication:Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding solar energy system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing regular updates on service requests.Offer recommendations for system optimization and energy efficiency improvements.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, repair logs, and spare parts inventory.Document findings, diagnoses, and solutions for future reference.Generate service reports and submit them to the appropriate department
