Provide each new member with an immediate connection and orientation to the facilitys programs, services, staff, and other members. Personalize the orientation around the clients needs and interests. Track clients use of the facility. Constantly work towards improving service and contact non users and low users of the facility to improve attendance and member retention. Ensure and demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment and correct exercise techniques. Advise clients about proper clothing and shoes. Ensure the gym is clean and free of health and safety hazards and immediately report any equipment malfunction to the fitness counselor or fitness manager. To observe the client as they exercise and correct any improper techniques, provide appropriate spotting when required. To provide constant motivation and guidance for clients to reach their desired goals. Monitor clients' progress and adapt programs as needed. Assist the fitness counselor in client membership renewal. To follow and execute the CIS system in spirit and later for internal lead management. To be open for coordinating work schedule and managing time as per organization requirement. To execute the fitness strategy viz exercise templates based on one set ideology to all general clients to ensure standardization and control over the floor execution among non PT clients.

WASEEE FITNESS CLUB - The Very first Premium Gym, Beauty Parlor, Cafe is now hiring the following positions on urgent basis.Please drop with your CV with clear subject and the position you are applying.Female Certified BeauticianMale Hair Stylist Spa/Massage TherapistEssential Responsibilities and Duties of a Beautician:Communicates with clients in order to provide the requested services.Discusses hair, skin and nail care methods with customers.Washes and conditions hair prior to cutting or styling.Cuts and styles hair.Colors hair.Applies chemical solutions in the form of permanents and relaxers to hair as part of the styling process.Provides effective solutions for common issues concerning hair, scalp, nails and skin.Discusses various style options with clients.Sets appointments with clients and customers.Takes payments from clients and customers.Keeps work areas completely clean and sanitized.Restocks shelves and supplies.Keeps records of hair color and nail color used by each customer at past visits.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust have outstanding people skills in order to handle the specific needs of individual clients and customers.Must possess physical stamina and must have the manual dexterity required to wield scissors, razors and other implements.Must possess solid time-management and organizational skills as well as in-depth knowledge of various beauty products, their ingredients and how these ingredients can affect the clients.Must be able to present a calm and pleasant demeanor to clients in spite of any personal problems.Must be capable of tactfully and respectfully dealing with rude, difficult and unreasonable clients.Education and ExperienceMust have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as a certificate confirming the completion of a cosmetology program.
