Lead, train and develop showroom team and maintain their competitive dperformance. Identify gaps in performance and take all efforts to ensure knowledge/skill/competency upgradation for the same. Support salesman to set realistic and aggressive monthly targets and support Handle retail related concerns and coordinate with salespeople to close vehicle purchase dealsResponsible for purchasing,appraising and managing inventory Aggressively drive the sales number and achieve the sales targetDevelop and maintain strong liaison with the client for repeat business & referrals Ensure the disbursement of the vehicle & liaise with the internal department Optimise team productivity by effectively managing the team Align with the team on ground for lead generation activities for sales Lead and supervise the team for the implementation of growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and development strategies
