We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee and enhance our HR functions at our Ellenabad location. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience and hold an M.B.A or PGDM.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Recruitment and Selection:** Manage the hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding to ensure the organization attracts top talent.- **Employee Relations:** Act as a bridge between management and employees to manage conflicts, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace environment.- **Performance Management:** Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and promote professional growth.- **Training and Development:** Identify training needs and organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills and overall workforce productivity.- **Policy Implementation:** Ensure that HR policies comply with legal standards and effectively communicate them to employees to maintain transparency and consistency.- **HR Data Management:** Maintain accurate employee records and databases to support HR activities and provide insights for decision-making.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both management and employees.
