We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring communications alive, who is a self-starter, is capable of delivering blazing creative ideas and manifests amazing attention to detail. Role & responsibility:Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.Prepare design plan, concept and layout for the graphic designing projects.Create and deliver the graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.Assist in selecting audio, video, colours, animation, etc for graphic design.Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.Edit raw graphics and add effects/elements to enhance gifs, video and graphics.Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, brochures and websites.Assist in designing and creating storyboards.Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.Manages a team of 1-4 designers to lead projectsRequirementsBachelors degree in graphic design or related field.2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer preferably with an agency.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, computer-aided design, including Photoshop, InDesign, 3D max and Illustrator.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
