- Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers: The Business Development Associate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients who would benefit from our services. This includes finding key decision-makers within these organizations.- Reach out to leads through calls and emails: Once potential clients are identified, the Business Development Associate will reach out to them through calls and emails to introduce our services and establish a connection.- Schedule meetings and presentations with clients: The associate will schedule meetings and presentations with interested clients to further discuss our services and how we can meet their needs.- Assist with creating proposals and contracts: The Business Development Associate will assist in creating proposals and contracts for potential clients, outlining the terms of our services and agreements.- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets: The associate will work closely with the sales team to ensure that targets are being met and to coordinate efforts in securing new business opportunities.Skills and Expectations:- Strong communication skills: The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively reach out to potential clients and present our services.- Proactive and organized: The Business Development Associate should be proactive in seeking out new clients and organized in managing their tasks and schedule effectively.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: The candidate should be able to work independently to research potential clients, but also collaborate effectively with the sales team to meet targets.- Basic understanding of sales principles: While no prior sales experience is required, a basic understanding of sales principles and strategies would be beneficial for the role.- High school diploma or equivalent: The candidate should have a minimum education level of 12th pass to qualify for this role.
