This position is a full time contractor remote role and will be a part of a remote project team.Responsibilities-Build and test both web and mobile applications for our organization Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure applications align with the organizations goals, as well as customer needsFind solutions to security threats, viruses, or errors that might hinder the performance of applicationsCarry out regular security and performance checksRemain current on technology trends to keep our application as innovative as possibleStay on track of the application lifecycle to ensure necessary updates are completed on timeRequirements-Bachelors degree with IT focused major Advanced technology experiences and skillsProfessional English communication skills, written and spoken5-7 years as a mobile and web developer, preferably HRIS, ATS or CRM applicationsAbility to program in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript or Python)Deep understanding of core programming principles, including designWorked as a part of a project team for a minimum of three years2 professional referencesIn addition to a current resume, provide a one page letter detailing why you are the best candidate for the position
