Experience Required: Minimum 2 YearsSalary Range: 2 - 3 LPAOpen Positions: 2Gender Requirement: Male CandidateAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive Civil Site Supervisor with 2 years of field experience to oversee day-to-day construction activities, labour coordination, and drawing-based execution.Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and labour workforce Read and execute architectural, structural & MEP drawings Coordinate with contractors and vendors Monitor work quality and progress Maintain site discipline and safety standards Assist in material tracking and usage monitoring Report daily progress to Project Manager Handle minor client interactions when requiredMandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Ability to read MEP drawings Ability to read architectural & structural drawings Experience coordinating on-site labour Strong technical communication skills Client-facing knowledge Must own a two-wheeler Male candidatePreferred Additional Skills Basic measurement and quantity calculation knowledge Understanding of construction sequencing Knowledge of finishing works (tiling, plastering, waterproofing, etc.) Ability to prepare daily progress reports Basic Excel knowledge Problem-solving ability on-siteQualification Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering Site execution experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.
