He/she should have excellent presentation and oral and written communication skills. Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met. Managing accounts and projects independently. Understand and communicate clients' marketing/creative briefs to the creative team. Ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of the clients project. Plan, create & present roadmaps to the prospective client to win new accounts. Conducting monthly/ quarterly account reviews. Experience in handling development clients as well as corporate clients shall be desirable but not essential. Pitching innovative ideas to clients & actively getting involved in winning awards for the organisation. Work with the team to plan and implement the best branding strategy for the client.
