Job Description:
MSF Training Coordinator to bridge the content, information and tools from Brand (Levis) to the MSF store team
Ensuring all SOPs are followed in the store level
To ensure the completion of Training Index.
Understanding the need analysis of the store and coming up with the solutions
Measuring staff performance
Developing Case studies on certain topics and individual Best Practices which help in business and store team development.
Generating required reports on daily or Weekly basis
Coordinating in the Seasonal Product launch.
