Source land options from the list of identified locations based on the requirement shared Seek out as many land options possible as per the requirement list shared Visit the land to understand the location, development, saleability, water & other basic legal parameters Set up meetings with landlords to negotiate and finalize the transaction terms Support in documentation and provide last mile support to the landlord in terms of documents/information Manage professional relationships with all brokers and landlords Maintain a land broker/consultant database, and engage with them constantly to ensure they share relevant land opportunities Understand the legal related aspects of a land documents such as EC, patta, chitta etc. Must know how to source the above-mentioned documents Must support in document preparation for all approvals, RERA and NOCs (if any) Co-ordinate and liaison with Government officials on tasks such as EC rectification, settlement deed, registration, sub division etc.
