JOB DESCRIPTION TELE SALES EXECUTIVE -BL1. Acquire clients for business loan from open market by calling 2. Generate Confirm Leads for Business Loan3. Analyzing the clients financial condition. 4. Attend customer calls and properly to their request for high customer satisfaction5. Explain the loan features in terms of Rate of interest , processing fees , terms and Condition very clearly6. Arrange meeting for Loan Product 7. Maintaining Relationship with customer and resolving queries.

JOB DESCRIPTION BACK OFFICE1. Verify and check the documents for Login.2. Collect Document and Login file in Processing Loan.3. Solve all type of Issues and help client disburse their loan on committed timeline.4. Communicate the reasons for Rejection to the customer.5. M.I.S of File Login, follow-up of files , Reasons of Rejection of file , files Disburse 6. Coordinating with credit team (banks ) for solving the queries of login, sanctioning & Disbursement
