Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Housekeeping SupervisorSupervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed.Supervises the duties and tasks of laundry staff.Stocks and maintains supply rooms; orders supplies according to a budget.Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services.Ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards.Ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards.Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff.Assists guests or patients with questions and basic requests.Provides a high level of customer service at all times; remains professional.Hires and fires housekeeping staff; trains new housekeepers after hire.Meets with company officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUnderstands the principles behind providing excellent customer service to guests or patients.Possesses the ability to manage a team of housekeepers effectively.Demonstrates organizational skills required for ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.Shows basic budgeting skills and the ability to keep cleaning supplies and equipment stocked according to a budget.Exhibits the ability to teach others how to do their jobs in a friendly, courteous and effective manner.Is able to perform several tasks at the same time.Shows basic computer knowledge for the purposes of scheduling, recordkeeping

Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.Demonstrating product features to customers.Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.Completing order forms and submitting them for processing.Attending trade shows and other industry-related events.Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.

Electrician Responsibilities:Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.Performing general electrical maintenance.Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.Plumber Job Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.Follow building plans and blueprints.Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.Carpenter Job Requirements and Responsibilities:Installs foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.Fits and installs window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, and interior and exterior trim using a carpenters level, plumb bob, and laser levels.Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layouts and determine the dimensions and materials required.Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.Follows established safety rule
