Introduction:We at Vivre Panels are a 30-year old company with a background of manufacturing plywood / veneers and import / distribution of related interior products. We're now in the process of building a brand synonymous with innovative architectural products. Consequently, we are looking for an experienced sales manager who has led a team of salesmen before. This role requires extensive travel (minimum 3 weeks in a month).Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: developing new dealers, building relationships, negotiation and order management Numbers-Oriented Sales: You are used to achieving designated sales targets Team Management: Build and lead your own team of salesmen under direct leadership of senior management Credit Control: Be responsible for timely collection of payments and co-ordinate orders, payments, logistics as and when requiredPrior experience in plywood or related interior products sales preferredWho Are We Looking For: You are a fluent speaker of English and Hindi. Any other language or regional dilect is a bonus You are open to travelling up to 3 weeks a month for purposes of sales & business development You have a history of stable employment (no frequent job switches) You are based out of or willing to relocate to Kolkata
