As a radiologist, you will use your skills and various medical imaging techniques to produce visual representations of specific areas of the human body in order to diagnose medical problems and monitor treatment. Interpreting the results from diagnostic imaging procedures to determine diagnoses. Communicating and discussing results and diagnoses with physicians. Compiling written reports of results and diagnoses. Following medical protocols for resuscitation, bleeding, infection, or other emergency situations, when necessary.Qualifications & Skills Doctor of medicine (MD Radio diagnosis)/ DNB/ DMRD degree is a must. 1-3 years experience as a Radiologist Valid and active medical license in the state you wish to practice. Proficient in general radiology techniques, including X-ray, MRI, and ultrasound. Patient management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Superb problem-solving skills.

Job descriptionTo accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be knowledgeable in performing all diagnostic technologies.Prepare the reports of all radiologic procedures.Good verbal and/or written instructions and assist patients for their future treatment related matters.Explain procedures and advise the patients to ensure patient care, safety and comfort during scan.Thorough knowledge about the radiologic equipments like X-Ray, MRI, CT, USG to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes.Position radiologic equipment and adjust controls to set exposure time and distance according to specification of examination.Good knowledge about the report preparations and regulations to ensure patient care and safety.Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to ensure safety of patients and team members.Good analysis of the conditions of radiology equipment in the working order.Report the equipment malfunctions to the Management / Engineers in time.Knowledge in setting up of the procedure logs.Retrieve radiologic orders from and input related data into the electronic medical record.
