You will also be responsible for keeping the store clean and organized, restocking shelves, and processing payments accurately. Additionally, you will assist in creating visual displays and promotions to attract customers.To excel in this role, you should have good communication skills, be friendly and approachable, and have a positive attitude. Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team are also important. As a Sales Assistant, you should be comfortable with handling cash transactions and have basic math skills. Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
