The role involves managing and maintaining data records, preparing reports, and handling email communication. Client accounts: Keeping accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances Invoices: Creating, sending, and posting invoices and account updates to clients Payments: Updating the system with payment information, recording daily deposits, and receiving payments Payment assistance: Suggesting payment assistance programs for clients in need Payment deadlines: Notifying clients of upcoming or missed payment deadlines Reports: Writing reports on billing activity, generating monthly overdue reports, and writing thorough reports on billing activity Coordination: Coordinating with the finance and taxation team, and working closely with the project operation team and other employees Billing executives should have good analytical thinking and communication skills, a high degree of organizational ability, and an eye for details. They may also need a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
