- Shall have good understanding of government tendering process, e-tendering, bid preparation, bid submission etc. - Will perform tender analysis, tender requirement identification, presentation of the same to management. - Preparation of government proposals, response to RFQ / RFP. - Preparation & submission of Technical and Financial bids, communication with government departments for clarifications, follow up for tender status, responses, meetings, payment collection etc. - Co-ordination with internal departments/ stakeholders like product experts, sales, business heads, accounts. - Prospecting and tracking government tenders. - Preparation of bank guarantee, drafts, dealing with banks. - Preparing of MIS about tenders & proposals. - Understanding of Risks and getting a mitigation plan from Stakeholders, understanding of Taxation, duties
