The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The role involves market research, lead generation, client meetings, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in target markets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Generate leads through various channels including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management review.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
