Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing effective e-learning solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for VISPLs e-learning platform and content solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their training and development needsConduct product presentations and demos to potential clients, showcasing the value of VISPLs servicesDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsCollaborate with internal teams to align client expectations and project deliverablesMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesPrepare and submit regular sales reports to the management teamRequirements:Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in e-learning, digital content, or related industriesExcellent sales skills with a strong understanding of customer relationship managementOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills
